About Us

With a shared passion for helping others, sisters Alma Hayes and Rosa Almerico came together to establish The Sosa Realty team, dedicated to assisting individuals in buying or selling their homes. Recognizing the challenges and stress that can accompany real estate transactions, they strive to make the process enjoyable and hassle-free.

Alma Hayes contributes a wealth of customer service expertise gained during her time in the aviation industry. Starting as a ticket agent, she progressed to the role of station manager at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). Her experience as an airline manager instilled in her the values of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. Transitioning to the real estate sector, Alma places a high priority on meeting her client's needs, drawing on her belief in the importance of serving others. Apart from work, she enjoys family time, community service, yoga, travel, and tending to her garden.

Rosa Almerico, a former stay-at-home mom, comprehends the delicate balance essential for attaining the American dream of owning a home. Returning to the workforce as an employment counselor for military veterans, she supported their reintegration through the "Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program." Serving those who have served the nation brings Rosa immense satisfaction.

When not helping clients achieve their homeownership aspirations, she dedicates time to family, home decor projects, crafting, gardening, and caring for her beloved Malty-Poo and turtles.
